OrganicAgent ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Samuel Bengisu, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered real estate agent platform. This policy applies to real estate agents ("Agents") who use the platform and to buyers, sellers, and leads ("Visitors") who interact with agent websites hosted on OrganicAgent.

2. Information We Collect

From Agents:

Name, email address, and phone number
Brokerage name and real estate license information
Profile photo and bio
Listing data (addresses, photos, pricing, property details)
Payment information (processed securely by Stripe)
Social media access tokens (LinkedIn, X) for automated posting
Market areas and content tone preferences

From Visitors/Leads:

Name, email address, and phone number (when submitted via contact forms)
Messages and property inquiries
Device and browser information via standard web analytics

3. How We Use Your Data

To provide and operate the OrganicAgent platform and agent websites
To generate AI-powered social media content, email campaigns, and listing videos
To send automated lead follow-up SMS messages on behalf of agents
To process payments and manage subscriptions
To send welcome emails and account notifications
To provide customer support
To improve the Service through aggregated, anonymized analytics

4. Third-Party Services

OrganicAgent integrates with the following third-party services to provide our platform. Each service has its own privacy policy governing the data they process:

Firebase (Google) — Authentication, database, and file storage
Stripe — Payment processing and subscription management
SendGrid (Twilio) — Transactional and marketing emails
Twilio — SMS messaging for lead follow-up and notifications
Shotstack — Automated listing video generation
Anthropic (Claude AI) — AI content generation for social media and emails
LinkedIn API — Automated social media posting (with agent authorization)
X (Twitter) API — Automated social media posting (with agent authorization)

We do not sell your personal information to any third parties.

5. Agent Data vs. Lead Data

Agent Data: As an agent, you control your profile, listings, and content. You may update or delete your information through the dashboard at any time. Upon account cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.

Lead/Visitor Data:Lead information submitted through agent websites is stored in the respective agent's account. Agents are data controllers for their leads and are responsible for handling lead data in compliance with applicable laws. Leads may request deletion of their data by contacting the agent or OrganicAgent support.

6. Data Retention

We retain agent account data for the duration of the subscription plus 90 days after cancellation. Lead data is retained for as long as the agent's account is active. Payment records are retained as required by tax and financial regulations. You may request early deletion of your data by contacting support@organicagent.io.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure authentication via Firebase Auth, PCI-compliant payment processing through Stripe, and access controls on all administrative systems. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights (CCPA & GDPR)

California Residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your data, and opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information). To exercise these rights, contact us at support@organicagent.io.

EU/EEA Residents (GDPR): You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your data. You also have the right to withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@organicagent.io.

9. Cookies

OrganicAgent uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Firebase Analytics for aggregated usage data. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. By using the Service, you consent to the use of essential cookies necessary for platform functionality.

10. Children's Privacy

OrganicAgent is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately.
